These terms are the rules for using Wordof. By creating an account you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use Wordof.

Your account

You must be at least 13 years old to use Wordof. Use your real name so your friends recognise you, and keep your password safe.

You are responsible for what happens in your account.

What you post

You own what you add to Wordof (your stamps, notes, asks, answers and photo). You give us permission to store it and show it to the people you choose, so Wordof can work.

Only post things you have the right to share, and be honest: a stamp should be a place you have actually been.

Zero tolerance for abuse

There is no place on Wordof for objectionable content or abusive behaviour. That includes hate speech, harassment, bullying, threats, sexual content, spam, impersonation, and anything illegal.

You can report any person, stamp or ask, and block anyone. We review reports within 24 hours. We remove content that breaks these rules and may suspend or remove the accounts of people who post it.

Places and links

Tips on Wordof are your friends’ personal opinions. Place details, photos and maps come from Google. Booking links open the place’s own website, a booking site such as Booking.com or Expedia, WhatsApp, phone or Google Maps; any booking is between you and that business. We may earn a commission from some booking sites; it never changes what your friends recommend.

We do our best to keep information accurate, but we can’t guarantee it. Check opening hours and details before you go.

Ending

You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend or end accounts that break these terms.

Our responsibility

Wordof is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, or for what other users post or for places you visit based on a tip.

We may update these terms; if a change matters, we will tell you in the app first. Wordof is made by BallWinn Ltd. Contact: support@wordofapp.com.
